All EyeAllure orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during exclusive drops, launches, or high-volume release periods.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Please double-check all shipping information at checkout. EyeAllure is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

While we strive to ensure every order arrives on time, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside of our control may occur.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
